2019 is in full swing and the fourth Wednesday of the month means a market update for our readers. There is currently 1.6 months of inventory. As was the case last month, it is a seller’s market. This means that there is a better shot at getting more traffic through your listing. More foot traffic could mean getting into a multiple offer situation. What does low inventory mean for buyers? Although frustrating at times, it is not as bad as some may think. Here in the Twin Cities, we are in the thick of winter. Sometimes the cold temps could keep the kids cooped up inside. Although video games and TV can be entertaining, that stuff doesn't drain energy like being active somewhere. This could be a nightmare for parents. Well parents, this is your lucky day. We have three suggestions for some family fun during this time of the year.
First, sledding (the obvious one). Sledding is something that is fun for kids of all ages. It's easy. All you need is a sled and a hill. That's it! Going sledding is a great option also because of the other things you can do as well. You can sled, have a snowball fight, or just run around and play in the snow.
