Why You Should Have Buyer Representation When Opting for New Construction

There is a misconception that buyers do not need representation when opting for new construction. New Home Builders marketing teams often tell buyers that they don't need buyer representation when purchasing a new construction because "they don't have anything to do with the construction process". This is not correct. You should have buyer representation.

How Much Do You Need To Get to The Closing Table

Earnest Money Deposit
This is the payment you make on the home as a token of good faith to the Seller, an amount that the Seller would not need to refund should you withdraw from the sale or cancel the sale

Downpayment

Loan Origination Fee
