When the snow begins to fall and the Minnesota winter arrives, instead of dreaming of the Florida sunshine, it's time to get out and take the winter head on! Whether it is indoor activities or out, there is so much to love about the Minnesota winter.

Cross Country Ski Trails

There are several options for cross country ski trails in Minnesota. This can be a fun for everyone and is also a great way to keep fit. Snowmobiling In Minnesota

Part of the fun of snowmobiling is the option to take the back roads, winding through the trees, over the plains, skirting the creeks and venturing over the frozen lakes.  With a network of hundreds of miles of trails criss crossing the State, you are never short of new territory to explore. If you are not sure about the area you choose to explore, take a guided tour with one of the many experience guides in the area.


Snowshoeing is a wonderful way to get out and enjoy the wintery landscape. You don't need any extra skills and a little bit of practice on these oversized shoes, allow you to explore the local area on foot. Discover your own backyard, the local golf courses or even forests and foothills. It's a great way to keep fit and expend calories.
